All items are printed on demand and dispatched directly from our specialised UK production facilities.

Production & Processing Times

Because your items are custom-made when you place an order, please allow for a brief production window before dispatch:

• Apparel & Merchandise (Inkthreadable): Typically 1 to 3 working days for production.
• Fine Art & Paper Prints (Papello): Typically 1 to 3 working days for production.

Note: Production times may increase slightly during peak seasonal periods.

Estimated Delivery Times (UK)

Once production is complete, orders shipped within the United Kingdom typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days via standard courier services (such as Royal Mail or DPD).

Separate Consignments

If your order contains both apparel/merchandise and fine art prints, your items will be fulfilled by different production partners. You will receive separate tracking details for each consignment.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.
